When a complete change occurs in our being, our values change too. We focus on heavenly values not earthly values, and we transform from self-centered to Jesus-centered values. Moreover, we hate injustice and lies, but enjoy the truth. And we seek other’s interest not my interest.
To change values means to transform what makes us happy and sad. If our values change through the gospel, we can live within the spirit and the truth. This is a living faith. The characteristics of living faith is the living faith, hope and love. And the work of faith, the endurance of love and hope lead us to live as a living believer.
The gospel can change our church. When we meet the gospel, we can be born again. Those who meet the gospel, they live by the living faith. And they give their lives to the Lord. They change their master from them selves to the Lord, and they change the subject of their love to the truth.
Hold the gospel of the Lord’s cross and resurrection! And then, God will change us to a being worthy of God’s holy calling. The people of the Lord who are born again will be a living church and the church will change our society, history and our nation. And they will ultimately change the world!
C.T. Studd, he came from an English noble family and was a student at Cambridge University. He was a cricket captain. There was no such star among young people. He did not think seriously John 3:16. One day, he heard the gospel preached by an unknown evangelist and struggled with the gospel. He dedicated himself as a missionary.
